EVERY ROOM EXERCISE!!! STOP AND HOP!!! This is what I did with my young kids after we had all been doing sedentary activities for an hour (me phone life-coaching client and them on a game during that). We stood up, stretched, then jogged into every room, stopping to hop or do something to get that blood pumping, raise our energy, and have some fitness fun!!!
